• By reference: "DB0322T11” - If the reference is correct, the searched product will appear; otherwise, no products or results will appear.
• By word: "Dorado" - The list of products containing the word in their name or properties will appear. In this case, you can refine the search using filters: "size, color, category, material, type, and/or shape", until you find the desired products.

• When a LINE PRODUCT is out of stock, the "NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE" button will appear. The customer interested in purchasing it can enter their email. When the product is back in stock, the customer will receive an alert at the registered email, informing about the new availability.
• In the customer's account, there will be a list of products "Subscription - New in-stock Products" with the products that have been registered. There, you have the option to view or remove products with stock alerts.

• The sales quantity depends on each product, as it may have one or more sales presentations. You can see the sales quantity in the product name and/or below the price on the right side of the product image and details.

Below are the presentations we handle, which depend entirely on each product:

• Box: Generally for tools or decoration elements. The product of the box can be 1 or more components.
• Roll (meters): For products sold by meter or continuous cut such as wires, chains, cables, cords, and other similar ones.
• Package: By units: 1, 6, 12, 24, 1440, and others.
• By weight: 3g, 5g, 7g, 50g, 500g, and others.
• Strand: Thread, cord, or nylon containing various threaded products. Semiprecious stones, pearls, nacre, and others. The length of the strand may vary and will be informed in the product name.

LINE: It means that the product will have almost continuous availability, and in case of stock depletion, it will return more frequently or quickly. For LINE products, when the product is out of stock, the "NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE" button will appear, which consists of an alert or reminder via email for products that are back in stock. LIMITED STOCK: These are products that, due to their characteristics, are more difficult to restock, and it is not certain whether they will return or not. In case of depletion, they will not be visible in the catalog again.

These are the price and quantity purchase scales for each product, according to the above, the higher the quantity purchased - the lower the price per individual product.

• For each of our products, we manage 3 ranges of quantities and selling prices, which in most cases, the higher the quantity purchased of a product, the price may be lower.
