About Shipping

Do you ship my order on the same day I made payment?

We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. You should consider the following times:

  • Orders with payment confirmation received until 12:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day.
  • Orders with payment confirmation received from 12:01 PM will be dispatched within the next 48 business hours.
  • No shipments are made on Saturdays.
  • Send payment receipt to the email ventas@nguillers.com.co

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Delivery times for national orders (Colombia) depend on the destination city:

    • Major cities: between 2 and 3 business days
    • Intermediate cities: 4 business days onwards.

    Delivery times are counted from the shipping date.

    Delivery times for international orders depend on the country, destination city, courier service, and shipping date.

    International courier services offer faster delivery times, which of course come with higher costs.

Can I schedule the date and time of my order delivery?

It is not possible to schedule the date and time of your order delivery.

Since we ship through national and international courier companies, we cannot guarantee, schedule, or specify the exact date and time of delivery, as it is the courier companies themselves who schedule the delivery times and routes.

What happens if the delivery address I provided is incorrect?

You must send us the correct address to the email ventas@nguillers.com.co as soon as possible.

Once we receive the address correction from you, we will initiate the request for redirection to the corresponding courier company.

The response time is 24 to 48 business hours from the courier company.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship to any city, town, or national destination as long as any of the courier companies have coverage routes.

Depending on the destination, delivery times, courier companies, and transportation costs vary.

What is the minimum purchase amount?

We do not have a minimum purchase amount for national shipments.

The minimum purchase amount for international shipments (outside of Colombia) is USD 200, excluding shipping costs, which will be borne by the customer, as well as customs taxes in the destination country.

How much does shipping cost for my order?

The shipping cost varies depending on the characteristics of each order and you can see it before finalizing your purchase.

We do not have fixed shipping costs, as it is a value obtained between variables of the order such as:

  • Weight, size, insured value, destination, volume, courier company, and shipping method of the order.

How do free shipments work?

Individual orders you place, for amounts equal to or greater than *$600,000, will have * FREE SHIPPING* through the courier company Coordinadora.

  • The minimum amount for free shipping may change without prior notice.
  • Applies only to national shipments (final destination within Colombia).
  • If the customer wishes and/or requests shipping through another company or transportation services such as air, express, or special, after paying for the order, we will dispatch the order in a mode of payment on delivery, so they will lose the free shipping and there will be no claims or debt from Novedades Guillers to the customer.

Do you ship outside of Colombia?

Yes, we ship outside of Colombia.

We send products to any city in the world, as long as:

  • The destination is covered by international courier service companies
  • The destination is not in socio-political conflicts or other situations that may affect our free trade with customers, due to unofficial charges, retention, deterioration or loss of goods, restrictions, limitations, or similar situations that may involve the company in conflicts that harm our conduct, name, and image in the rest of the world.
