About Returns

What if the product does not arrive in good condition?

    For us, it is vital that the product arrives in perfect condition and that it is indeed the product requested.

    Otherwise, please notify any issues with the product within the following 5 business days of receiving the merchandise, by sending us your name and contact information to communicate and determine the procedure to resolve the issue.

    Please note that:

    • All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
    • The product must be returned in its original packaging as sold.
    • The product must be returned in its original purchased condition, without any alterations.
    • Cut products (sold by the meter) such as cords, cables, leather, or chains, and discounted products are not included in the exchange policy. Except for quality issues.

Do I have to bear the cost of return transportation?

    We will cover the return transportation costs, provided that they are quality issues with the products and/or products different from those requested.

    • In the case of returns due to personal preferences, such as colors, sizes, shapes, products ordered by mistake, the customer will be responsible for all round-trip transportation costs.

Will I get a refund for the products I purchased?

    Due to our policy and quality guarantee of our products, we offer exchanges, replacements, or credits for 100% of the paid value, provided it is due to quality issues or within the stipulated 5 business days upon receipt.

What about returns or exchanges outside of Colombia?

    In this case, please write to ventas@nguillers.com.co.

    We will agree on the best procedure related to returns, international shipping costs, and customs. Please note that there may be additional costs related to taxes that will be deducted from the refunded balance.
