Purchases made through the Web Site, are shipped from the warehouse that has the inventory of public references in www.nguillers.com therefore, it is not possible to schedule, request or order to pick up orders in any of our stores in Bogota or Medellin.

 

Shipment of orders through transport companies

The shipment of orders placed through www.nguillers.com will be made through the carrier company that covers the destination route or city of delivery. The Customer will be the only responsible for the shipping data of orders (Address, Recipient, Destination City, Telephone and others), according to the purchase process on the website and the freedom to fill in the required fields for shipping. In case the Customer has requested a shipment with wrong data, after the shipment confirmation, the Customer must inform in writing the correct data to ventas@nguillers.com.co, in order to request correction to the carrier. Delivery times will vary according to the stipulations of the transport company responsible. Novedades Guillers will not assume or be in any kind of monetary debt or in kind to the customer for delays, wrong deliveries or losses due to errors in information provided by the customer, or errors on the part of the carriers.

Orders are shipped only on business days, understanding that they are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays in Colombia. For purchases made on Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays, the delivery time will begin to count from the next business day to the day of dispatch.
 
 
Responsibility for shipments through través transport companies

Novedades Guillers informs and clarifies that the responsibility for the package containing the order placed by the Customer through the website, ends at the time of delivery to the carrier (selected by the customer or not), which will assume full responsibility for it from the receipt of the package, until the final and correct delivery to the customer or recipient.

In case of delays, delivery errors, damage or loss of packages, it will be the customer who will contact the carrier for the respective tracking and tracing; for this purpose, Novedades Guillers will have previously informed the tracking number and carrier company by which the shipment was made. In the event that the carrier does not provide information on the status of the shipment to the Client or recipient, only the Client who appears as the holder of the purchase must inform Novedades Guillers by telephone or in writing the situation, requesting verification between the carrier and the recipient. Eventually Novedades Guillers carry out the procedure before the corresponding transport company, requesting the information, correction or compensation, as the case may be. Novedades Guillers not assume or be in any kind of monetary or in-kind debt to the customer for delays, wrong deliveries or losses due to handling and logistic errors of the transportation companies.

There are no fixed shipping costs for both domestic and international orders since they depend on and vary according to the characteristics of each of the packages to be shipped, taking into account the following variables:

Novedades Guillers makes clear and emphasizes that not all national destinations are covered by all carriers, therefore, Novedades Guillers will select the company that covers such delivery destination. 

 
Delivery times for domestic shipments

Delivery times for domestic shipments are established by most carriers in:

  • 1 to 2 business days for major cities
  • 3 working days or more for intermediate cities.

Main cities are understood as departmental capitals or cities of greater development and intermediate cities as smaller cities, towns, villages, villages, hamlets and others; additionally the delivery time depends entirely on the carrier and that these within their activity, may be affected by factors not controllable or predictable as weather and road conditions, disasters, demonstrations, accidents, intervention or review by the competent authorities such as the DIAN, NATIONAL POLICE or others.

 

Delivery times for international shipments

Delivery times for international shipments depend entirely on particularities, which are not controllable by Novedades Guillers (except for the day of shipment) and that should be taken into account by customers when making their purchases, additionally customers should know and understand that, depending on the laws and import regulations in force in each of the countries outside Colombia, the customs of the destination country can and eventually will generate taxes for nationalization of goods and / or additional, which must be borne by the customer or recipient. The following variables affect the delivery times of international orders:

  • Destination city.
  • Day of shipment.
  • Transport company and type of service.
  • Transportation routes of goods.
  • Customs regulations, laws and procedures in the destination country.
  • External factors such as disasters, COVID-19 mobility restrictions.

Likewise Novedades Guillers refrains from shipping orders to countries that are in socio-political conflicts or others and that may eventually affect our free commercial development with customers, for additional charges, retention of goods, restrictions, limitations or similar that may involve the company in conflicts that harm our conduct, name and image to the rest of the world.

 
Free Shipping on Orders.

Purchases made through the Web Site www.nguillers.com with the following characteristics, Novedades Guillers makes free shipping of the order, which assumes 100% of the shipping costs and shipping insurance, to the address registered in the purchase process:

  1. The purchase must be equal to or greater than COP $600.000; understood as the total value of the merchandise to be purchased, without including or adding freight, consignment surcharges and others. (The minimum purchase value for free shipping may vary without prior notice).
  2. The payment method for free shipping can be any of those available on this website.
  3. Applies only for shipments within Colombia, in standard or basic services. Special services are not covered by Novedades Guillers.
  4. Free shipments are made through the carrier that covers the destination route. In case the customer requests the shipment of the order by a specific carrier, it will be sent by standard service. If the customer requests special transport services, he/she will be responsible for the total shipping cost. In this case, the shipment will be made on a cash on delivery basis.
Discounted shipping/transportation costs for International Orders

For customers outside Colombia who decide to make purchases through this Web Site, Novedades Guillers will grant as a temporary promotion and will assume 20% of the value of transportation or shipping of the goods to the place of destination registered in the purchase process and the customer will assume the remaining 80%, included in the quotation of the order and registered as "FREIGHT", for which the following characteristics will be taken into account:

  1. Minimum purchase of USD 200
  2. Confirmation of payment by any means within 5 working days after receiving the quotation and payment method.

Restrictions on FREE SHIPPING or DISCOUNT ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS

Although customers who have made purchases, complying with the conditions stipulated for FREE SHIPPING or DISCOUNT ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS, Novedades Guillers will not apply the promotion for orders that:

1. Exceed the weight and volume limits stipulated below:

  • Maximum weight of 10 Kilos total.
  • Maximum volume: Maximum box dimensions allowed 40 cm X 30cm X 40cm, as 1 (one) box in total.

2. The destination city is not included in the following list (domestic shipments):

IT SHOULD BE CLEAR THAT: If the order placed through the website and meets the conditions - requirements of FREE SHIPPING, but the destination city is not included in the list mentioned, the order will be sent in freight payment mode on delivery, through the company that covers the destination route and will be the customer or recipient who assumes the costs generated by the concept of transportation to destination.

Considerations of free shipping or discount on international shipping costs.

It is clarified that the free shipping or discount on international shipping costs granted by Novedades Guillers, are timeless promotions that are not valid and therefore may be terminated or modified without notice, without the right to claim regarding the free shipping or discount on international shipping costs, by Customers to Novedades Guillers or any obligation of Novedades Guillers to Customers in the case of shipments or discounts on international shipping costs.

In case of being finalized or modified, orders that have been received until the business day prior to the date of change and that meet the characteristics mentioned above, will be shipped free of charge or with a discount on international shipping costs, with the established conditions. For orders arriving on or after the day of the change, they will be shipped with the new shipping policy, being the Customers who assume the total or excess costs related to the shipping.

As these promotions are granted by Novedades Guillers they cannot be accumulated with other promotions, nor do they apply for returns. The promotion applies to one-time purchases, so they are not cumulative with other purchases after invoiced, even from the same account or third parties; it is not redeemable in cash and/or products.


In the event that Customers make purchases that meet the requirements for free shipping or discount on international shipping costs, mentioned in these Terms and Conditions and request that the order is delivered in the Novedades Guillers store, the company WILL NOT incur in any kind of debt or monetary or in-kind retribution by Novedades Guillers to Customers. Likewise, in case of not using the free shipping or the discount on international shipping costs, promotions cannot be used or transferred to future purchases or to third party purchases.
