Free Shipping (Colombia)

Only for Customers who are registered on the Web www.nguillers.com  who make individual purchases with the following characteristics, Novedades Guillers makes free shipping of the order, for which assumes 100% of the shipping costs and shipping insurance, to the address registered in the purchase process:

1. The purchase must be equal to or greater than COP $600.000; understood as the total value of the merchandise to be purchased, not including or adding freight, consignment surcharges and others.

2. The means of payment for free shipping must be by Bank Consignment, Electronic Transfer to the account informed in the purchase process or National Money Orders.

3. Applies only for shipments within Colombia, in standard or basic services. Special services are not covered by Novedades Guillers.

4. Free shipments are made through the carrier that covers the destination route. In case the customer requests the shipment of the order by a specific carrier, it will be sent by standard service. If the customer requests special transport services, he/she will be responsible for the total shipping cost. In this case, the shipment will be made on a cash on delivery basis.

Although customers who have made purchases, complying with the conditions stipulated for FREE SHIPPING or DISCOUNT ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS, Novedades Guillers will not apply the promotion for orders that:

IT SHOULD BE CLEAR THAT: If the order placed through the website, email or any other means meets the conditions and requirements of FREE SHIPPING, but the destination city is not included in the list mentioned, the order will be sent in freight payment mode on delivery, through the company that covers the destination route and will be the customer or recipient who assumes the costs generated by the concept of transportation to destination.

It is clarified that the free shipping or discount on international shipping costs granted by Novedades Guillers, are timeless promotions that are not valid and therefore may be terminated or modified without notice, without the right to claim for free shipping or discount on international shipping costs, by Customers to Novedades Guillers or any obligation of Novedades Guillers to Customers in the case of shipments or discounts on international shipping costs.

In case of being finalized or modified, orders that have been received until the business day prior to the date of change and that meet the characteristics mentioned above, will be shipped free of charge or with a discount on international shipping costs, with the established conditions. For orders arriving on or after the day of the change, they will be shipped with the new shipping policy, being the Customers who assume the total or excess costs related to the shipping.

As they are promotions granted by Novedades Guillers, they cannot be accumulated with other promotions, nor do they apply for returns. The promotion applies to one-time purchases, so they are not cumulative with other purchases after invoiced, even from the same account or third parties; it is not redeemable in cash and/or products.

In the event that Customers make purchases that meet the requirements for free shipping or discount on international shipping costs, mentioned in these Terms and Conditions and request that the order is delivered in the Novedades Guillersstore, the company WILL NOT incur in any kind of debt or monetary retribution or in kind by Novedades Guillers to Customers. Likewise, in case of not using the free shipping or the discount on international shipping costs, promotions cannot be used or transferred to future purchases or to third party purchases.

On the contrary, for customers who make purchases in the Novedades Guillers store, with the aforementioned characteristics, they can ONLY use the free domestic shipping.
